Your face is measured on the device. No photo is uploaded.
Scoring is plain arithmetic, so on one app version a photo always gets the same score.
Each measurement names the study or face dataset behind its reference.
How it works
Your gender, your goals, your sleep and skin routine, and how many minutes a day you have. Gender picks the group you're ranked in. The rest shapes your plan.
pheno checks that each photo has one face and good light, and that your front photo is straight on. If one fails, it tells you what to fix.
Your front photo is measured on the phone. Your overall score and where it ranks come free, on a card you can save and share.

It finds landmarks on your front photo, such as the corners of the eyes and the edges of the jaw. It measures ratios between them and compares each ratio with a reference value from a published study or a public face research dataset. The score is plain arithmetic on those ratios, not a guess from an AI rater, so on one app version the same photo always gives the same score.
